Stitches Used:
ch: chain
sc: single crochet sl st: Slip stitch

Instructions:
This Dress is worked from the neck down, you will begin by working the cowl part of the neck. Make a slip knot and chain 50 (50, 60, 60), sl st with the first ch making sure not to twist your chain.
Round 1: ch1, sc in the same st, and in each ch around, you will have 50 (50, 60, 60) sc in total, do not join you will work in the round from here on out.
Round 2: sc in next st, place your stitch marker on that first st to mark the beginning of your round, sc in each st until you reach the stitch marker.

Flare out the skirt:

For the S/M size I ended with round 50, I am 5ft 3inch this sits just above my knee, but you may need yours longer or shorter depending on your desired length.
Sleeves:
Time to work on the sleeves, you will work the first sleeve then repeat the same steps for the second sleeve.
With your work facing you, you will join your yarn to the under arm of your sleeve opening. Pass your hook through the first of the 7 (9, 11, 13) ch at the arm pit area.
Round 1: ch1, sc in each of the 7 (9, 11, 13) st, sc in each of the next 22 (22, 26, 26) st, you will have 29 (31, 37, 39)
Round 2-25: sc in each st around, making sure to move your stitch marker to the first st of each new round as you go.
Trying on your dress again this part of the sleeve should be at 3⁄4 sleeve length or few inches past your elbow. You could leave the sleeve length like this or continue below to flare the sleeve for full length.
Round 26: *2sc in next st, sc in next 13 (15, 18, 19) st* repeat from *to* around. You will have 31 (33, 39, 41) st
Round 27-28: sc in each st around.Round 29: *2sc in next st, sc in next 14 (16, 19, 20) st* repeat from *to* around. You will have 33 (35,
41, 43) stRound 30-33: sc in each st around.
Round 34: *2sc in next st, sc in next 15 (16, 20, 21) st* repeat from *to* around. You will have 35 (37, 43, 45) st

If you need to make your sleeve longer you can just make more rounds of sc. The length for the sleeve

should sit just at the wrist. But you can make yours any length you wish. Repeat for the next sleeve.

Fabric to line the inside of your purse, if you dont line your bag you may want to use cosmetic bags to hold your small thing as these items can slip through the stitches of the fabric.
Stitches Used:

Instructions:
