Make another but DO NOT fasten off when you complete the 2nd half of your bag.

Sides of bag: Working in the back loop only ch1, sc in every st of the side of the bag, DO NOT work any sc in the top of the bag. Repeat this for 3 rows. Do Not Fasten off.
Refer to the Video Tutorial 24:44 minute mark
Place right sides facing each other, making sure to match your st as you go, pick up the part of the st that is closer to you and the part of the st that is furthest away from you and you will sl st the bag together. Fasten off when you reach the other side. Turn your bag.

Front Flap:
Follow rows 1-9 of the bag
Sc around the bag through all loops and when you get to the end of the row, sc across the top 2 sc for every row. DO NOT fasten off.
Place your flap wrong side facing you and center it on your bag. Pick up the part of the st that is closer to you and the part of the st that is furthers from you and sl st the bag and flap together, fasten off hide all loose tails.

Handles:
You can determine your length by crocheting less or more chains I chose 170 chains.

With your hook and yarn ch170.
Row 1: Sc in the 2nd ch from hook, sc in each ch.
Row2-3: Ch1, in the front loops only, 1sc in each sc from previous round. Do not fasten off.
You will sl st your handle to the side of your bag, the 3 rows of sc you made in the 2nd half of your bag. Place handle right sides facing with the bag and sl st together, fasten off.
Being careful not to twist your handle, you will have to sew the handle to the other side. Hide all loose tails. Your bag is done.
You may line your bag now if you’d like.
Adding the beads and fringe:
You will cut strands of yarn 16 inches.
Folding 2 in half you will attach them to the bottom of your bag. Doing so along the edge of the bag starting at the bottom center and work your way to each side adding a bead to every other fringe, making sure to add a knot at the end of the bead. You can also leave off the beads if you like.
Refer to the Video Tutorial at the 31:56 minute mark for more help on placing the fringe and beads.
