Sassy Newborn baby Shoes

These Sassy little shoes are so darling , I could not stop making more of them after creating this pattern.
The Circle gives them a bit of a contemporary look that I adore. You are never too young to make a fashion statement...right?



You will Need:


Hook size 2.75mm
Berroco Comfort DK in Beige (2703)
Berroco Comfort DK in Pink (2704)
Berroco Comfort DK in Brown (2720)
Berroco Comfort DK in Olive Green (2748)
Tapestry Needle

Stitches Used:

ch: chain
sl st: slip stitch
sk st: skip a st
sc: single crochet
hdc: half double crochet
dc: double crochet

Pattern:


Soles: (Make 2 of each color)

Round 1:  with Brown Color, Chain 13,

sc in second ch from hook,

6sc,

 4hdc,

3 hdc in last st,


 do not turn, continue on the other side of the ch, 4hdc,

  7 sc untill the last st,

join to first sc with a sl st

Round 2: ch, 2sc in next st,

 5sc,

 5hdc,

 [2 hdc in next st] 4 times,

 5hdc, 

5sc,

2sc in next st join to first ch.
Round 3: ch, sc,

 2sc in next st,

12 sc,

2sc in next st,

3sc (should be center st),

 2sc in next st,

12 sc,

 2sc in next st,

sc sl st with first ch

Round 4: ch,

10 sc,


5hdc,
 [2hdc in next st] twice,

 3 hdc,

[2hdc in next st] twice,

 5hdc,

11sc, sl st


Round 5: sc all around 

Sew in all lose tails 


Place your 2 colored Soles Wrong side facing each other


sl st with the Pink Yarn through both your soles sides, 

sc in same st, and all around




After sc around the 2 soles together do Not fasten off , 
Round 1 in back loop only sc all around 


Round 2: sc all around

Round 3: ch,12sc, 

[sk st, dc] 8 times, 



sk st, 12sc, sl st with first sc

Round 4: ch, 12sc,

 [sk st, sc] 5 times, 12sc, sl st with first st, fasten off

Sew in all loose tails

Circle:
Round 1: in a magic circle, ch, 12sc.


Round 2: ch2, dc in same sp, [2dc in next st]11 times



 Fasten off

Sew in on front of shoes.




Voila!!!!You are done!

  9. Excellent post. You talk about interesting shoes. this shoes is best from this situation. But you must know about plantar fasciitis. Some boots protect us from plantar fasciitis. so be careful about walking shoes for plantar fasciitis. Thanks for this purpose post. I am waiting for your next post
