  5. Beautiful and thanks for the pattern

  6. it a beautiful little tree but i think there is a mistake in the pattern every round you increase with 6 in round 16 you increase with four afterthat there are again increase with 6 ( 6,12,18, 24,30,36,40,46 52,58,64) i think it has to be 6,12 18 24,30 36,42,48, 54,60 ,66

  8. Hi Rosa, they have amazing videos on you tube to explain the magic ring, another option would be to ch2, then to crochet 6sc in second ch from hook to create our first round.
    Happy Crochet.

  10. Genial y compris le chat!!! :)

  11. I am planning a blog post about Christmas Crochet again this year and would like to link to your cute Christmas Tree Pattern. Would I please be able to post your photo of the finished trees on the page when it is published?

    1. Absolutely!! Thank you so very much and have a great Holiday Season

    2. Thank you! I am compiling some Christmas links and it is always nice to have a picture so visitors know what they can find on your link. I will use the picture with your name on it. I hope to have it posted before the weekend.

    3. Your photo is now in my post
I have also made mention of your gorgeous Father Christmas tree ornament. He is so cute! I hope my readers will follow the link to your page. You have beautiful work. Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas

  12. Where can I find the yarn used??? I am going to make these for friendsand coworkers

    1. Your Local yarn store should have it, but if they don't, i love this on line store :
      Webs, has a huge selection

  14. The green ends with a 66 round but the brown base ends with a 30 round. Where are the extra 36 stitches

    1. You are supposed to place your brown base and sew it, not to the last green round, but more inside to create the illusion of a real tree, then stuff it with Polyfill .To make the tree base more real the brown bottom needs to be smaller...but feel free to continue with a simple increase on every round i you prefer, my pattern are merely a Free guideline to your imagination....
Happy Crochet and have a great Holiday season my dear Anonymous ;-)

  15. Total stitch count for rows 17 and 18 is 42 - not 40. You are increasing by increments of 6. Notice that the next row goes up to 48.

  16. Rounds 20 and 21 should also read 48 stitches.

  17. love your little crochet trees!!!Merry Christmas!

  18. Thanks for the great pattern. I tweaked it a bit by threading all my beads onto my yarn before I started and then just crocheting one in every so often. I also crocheted the trunk and base as one piece to save sewing time:) it turned out great. thanks again and Merry Christmas.

  19. Thank you for this fantastic tutorial!

  20. Thank you for this interseting pattern.
I translated it to swedish and shared it on my blog
I evan linked to your blog so everyone can see that it is your pattern.I hope you don´t have anything against it but if you do, please let me know so I will take away it.
    Kind regards

có thể tự do chạy tới chạy lui giữa hai thế giới?

    Đoạn Vân quyết định.

    - Chủ nhân, vì an toàn cho ngài, ta buộc phải ngăn cản ngài.

  22. Thanks for the tutorial! Love the photos and the feedback from other crochet folks on the counts to make sure I am on-track. Question: My 10yr old loves to crochet, do you think if I do it with her she'll be able to make one o.k.? The stitches look straightforward enough, but I am wondering how long this takes to crochet before you are sewing on the bead ornaments. 2 hours max is probably her limit. so 1 hour 1 day and 1 hour the next...what do y'all think?

  23. Hi
Just walked through your blog to say
Thank you Love your trees xx

  24. This is so cool! I always give my boys christmas ornaments in their stockings every year and this year they are getting these! In fact I think I am making some for the whole family! Thank you.
