Row1-10: hdc all along, turn

Take the two Beige Soles, I am using a old leather Bag that I am up cycling , and cutting to create a non slip sole
Cut 4 half circle to fit the top and bottom of each sole

Grab your leather punch, Punch whole all along the edges of the leather,  place it on your sole and sew it on using your Beige Yarn

Take all the 8 parts of your Slippers, Cut your Fusible fleece to match each part, leaving one row free since you will be crocheting through these stitches to assemble your slipper, Iron on.

Take the upper sole Parts, one of each color and place them wrong side facing each other
Grab your crochet and your Beige yarn, sl st in the upper right side of your rectangles through both of the work, sc all along through both sides

When reaching the narrow part of your rectangle place it over your pink sole, and count 20 stitches from the middle from toe to the righ

Begin to sc through the 3 parts of your work, (sole and two upper sides)

Sc along the other long side of your rectangles, making sure you go through both sides
Once you reach the narrow part of your work, sc through the 3 parts of your work on the opposite side, counting the same amount of st but on the left side of the middle toe.

Sew in Loose Tails

Take your Beige Sole, place it wrong side facing the pink one, and with Beige Yarn, sl st at the back middle of your soles making sure to go through both of the soles

sc all around, going through both soles
When reaching the upper soles, sc through the stitches visibly reachable from assembling it with your pink sole
sl st with first st when you get to the back of your soles, Fasten off Sew in Lose Tails.

  6. That is awesome, and looks fairly easy to do!!!

  7. I like these slippers and will be re-blogging this post to my blog My blog's name is: New Buzz from the Bagg Lady; the address is:

I am also going to o make them for myself and my partner. Your idea of using leather from an old handbag is very original.

Ta Ta for now, Cathy the Bagg Lady

  8. What can you do for a smaller foot
    Maybe a 5?

  9. How could you do a larger size, say a 10?

  10. A pattern that makes sense!! Thank you very much ;)

  11. I need to make these beautiful slippers, different in a wonderful way. Nice work too!

  12. What is the fleece for?

    1. The fusible fleece helps to give it some body or else it would be too soft to walk in...

  13. What is the measurement for a finished upper for this pattern?

  14. im having issues with row two.. after the second set of 28dc's i only have 2 stitches left.. also the 2dc's for 10 stitches aren't symmetrical to the foot is that how it is supposed to be??

  15. Can you tell me what size yarn this is. A fingering or sport or dk? also there is no gauge, can you give a gauge.

  16. Wooow! Fabulous design... I love every bit of your design and I wanted them NOW ;) I`ll park my other projects to start crocheting them this very evening-night... I think I'll do it non-stop ;) Thanks a lot for sharing your artistry. Hugs and kisses from spain

  17. I'm not sure you check this page, but the other anonomyous comment seems to be having the same problem where its asymmetrical. Also I'm having difficulty following your pictures. Your first step seems to be missing that either its supposed to be a double on the first chain before proceeding furthe . Or the single chain of 36 is not pictured and the pictures seem not to coordinate then? Thanks in advance for clarifying

  18. Do you have a printer friendly version of this great pattern. I would have to print 21 pages otherwise. Thank you!

  19. Are we able to sell products made with this pattern, if we link back to the pattern?

  20. Gracias por compartir tan bella y útil trabajo .... y con didácticas instrucciones. Carmen desde Venezuela

  21. Thanks so much, all the pictures make them super easy to make.

  22. Terrific pattern. I love a spa style slipper and have not been able to find one. cu-do's to you for the pattern and the great idea of re-purposing a leather purse. I have an old shabby leather coat . I think I'll try cutting into that baby. Thanks again

  23. love when people post pics of instructions!! makes it so much easier to make and alot less overwhelming. Slippers are simply beautiful and i am making the for myself and my 5 sisters. GREAT!!!!!

  24. Brilliant, thank you for this wonderful pattern. I was going to toss out a cruddy old handbag but I can get several pairs of these beauties out of it instead! You have inspired me to create spa slipper art, lol!
