Grab your leather punch, Punch whole all along the edges of the leather,  place it on your sole and sew it on using your Beige Yarn

Take the upper sole Parts, one of each color and place them wrong side facing each other
Grab your crochet and your Beige yarn, sl st in the upper right side of your rectangles through both of the work, sc all along through both sides

When reaching the narrow part of your rectangle place it over your pink sole, and count 20 stitches from the middle from toe to the righ

Begin to sc through the 3 parts of your work, (sole and two upper sides)

Sc along the other long side of your rectangles, making sure you go through both sides
Once you reach the narrow part of your work, sc through the 3 parts of your work on the opposite side, counting the same amount of st but on the left side of the middle toe.

  7. I like these slippers and will be re-blogging this post to my blog My blog's name is: New Buzz from the Bagg Lady; the address is: http://raggz2baggz.com.

I am also going to o make them for myself and my partner. Your idea of using leather from an old handbag is very original.

  12. What is the fleece for?

    1. The fusible fleece helps to give it some body or else it would be too soft to walk in...

  17. I'm not sure you check this page, but the other anonomyous comment seems to be having the same problem where its asymmetrical. Also I'm having difficulty following your pictures. Your first step seems to be missing that either its supposed to be a double on the first chain before proceeding furthe . Or the single chain of 36 is not pictured and the pictures seem not to coordinate then? Thanks in advance for clarifying
